DUST SUPPRESSION CANNON

HT45 SprayStriker™ mist cannon is a high-performance water mist cannon used to control dust, odour, disinfect, and regulate air pollution in various applications.

Our HT45 SprayStriker™ comes equipped with a sturdy, hot-dip galvanised frame, which is built to last and is suitable for heavy-duty applications such as mining, crushing, demolition, recycling, rental, and cement industry.

Features such as electric tilt, automatic main valve, and remote control are standard. Automatic oscillation up to 360°, which distributes water mist over large areas, is also common. The HT 45 is connected to a standard 32 A socket. The device can be powered by either 400 V/50 Hz or 480 V/60 Hz, drawing from the national grid or an alternative generator source.

The onboard control system includes a function to minimise power usage during start-up, which is provided as a standard feature. The flow rate can be adjusted to fit various applications. The dust control misting system droplet size ranges between 20 to 200 microns, depending on the nozzle size, thus making the HT 45 suitable for different applications.
