TAILGATE SALT SPREADER DESIGN

The 120-300 L Hilltip IceStriker™ tailgate spreader for sand and salt is a powerful 12V electric spreader model designed for pickup trucks, vans, utility vehicles, compact tractors, and loaders. The poly hopper and the stainless steel parts provide effective protection against corrosion. This versatile tailgate spreader can spread bulk salt, bag salt, sand, gravel, and fertilizer. Its horizontal auger and spinner disc are independently controlled.

CONTROL APP FOR THE TAILGATE SPREADER

Operate your tailgate sander and salter wirelessly (Bluetooth) with the Hilltip StrikeSmart™ control app. This smartphone app allows GPS speed control to adjust the amount of spreading material according to your vehicle speed, while a manual mode lets you insert a fixed auger speed. Tracking with the HTrack™ is a standard function.

HillTip IceStriker™ Tailgate Sand & Salt Spreader 300 SPREADER CONTROL APP

The app in the smartphone lets you customize your spreading session according to your current situation. Automatic GPS speed control adjusts the amount of spreading material (g/m²) according to your vehicle speed, while manual mode lets you insert a fixed auger speed. The app additionally collects and saves essential spreading data, allowing you to generate spreading reports. This wireless control system also makes it easy to turn on functions, work light and optional vibrator, from the smartphone inside the cabin.
