Suspension Platform

The Wright Parts

The operator platform on Stander ZK, X, and Intensity models have a soft riding suspension. The platform moves on rubber pivots, and there are elastomer springs below the platform. These springs absorb rebound energy and provide a progressive spring rate so they get stiffer the lower they ride. This system provides a soft ride while never requiring lubrication or maintenance.

Losing a day of production to a mysterious electrical fault can be very frustrating. For this reason, we use only the highest quality electrical connectors, switches, wires, looming, ignition switches and relays. All stand-on models have only one fuse and one relay. Having a very simple electrical system with few parts is the number one way to improve reliability and make it easy to fix. Fewer parts, less to go wrong.

Larger section (1 1/2''x 2 1/2'') thick wall frame tube makes for a stiffer chassis.

Large chrome ball rod ends, hinging control linkages, and ball bearing control pivots mean the controls are smooth, soft, and will last many years without getting loose.
