UNIQUE FEATURES

PLOW BLADE CONSTRUCTION
Available in stainless steel or powder coated steel, the XtremeV™ snow plow blade is available in 8′ 6″ and 9′ 6″ widths*. The blade comes standard with a high-carbon steel cutting edge, increasing wear resistance, and features a 70-degree attack angle for enhanced scraping and back dragging.

STRUCTURAL REINFORCEMENT
The XtremeV™ v-plow features our rugged x-bracing design which is constructed from four vertical ribs and eight x-bracing ribs. The ribs reinforce the blade for structural integrity and exceptional torsional strength, even under the punishing stress of commercial plowing. T-frame design provides added strength and allows blade-pitch adjustment to reduce uneven cutting edge wear.

DOUBLE-ACTING CYLINDERS
InstaLock double-acting cylinders allow the operator to lock the wings together to use the v-plow in straight blade mode with single button control. Double-acting cylinders also hold the wings firmly in place for clean, efficient back dragging.

CENTER SNOW CONTROL
For exceptional snow containment in all positions, the XtremeV™ v-plow has a center deflector designed to prevent snow from going over the top of the blade and the formed cutting edges reduce trailing snow.

TRACTOR COMPATIBLE MOUNT
Designed for easy installation onto a wide range of tractor models, these mount kits make it possible for the XtremeV™ v-plows to fit on a compact tractor. They are flared both vertically and horizontally to ensure proper alignment and make the drive-in connection easier. The push beam, which makes up the front portion of the mount, can be quickly detached to allow for a loader attachment.

MINUTE MOUNT® 2 SNOW PLOW MOUNTING SYSTEM
The FISHER Minute Mount® 2 system has been engineered for superior safety, durability, and convenience. The mechanical nature of its design means that there are no sensitive electronics that could fail and prevent you from attaching or removing your plow.

TRIP-EDGE PROTECTION
Each v-plow blade features independent trip-edge protection to get over bumps and hidden obstacles, whether in V, scoop, or straight-blade configuration, helping to protect the plow, the truck and the operator. Since only the bottom edge trips, snow stays in front of the blade, so you can keep on going without dumping the entire load of snow.

The FISHER® trip-edge uses compression-type springs that never require adjustment and will not wear out like extension springs.

RELIABLE HYDRAULICS
We design and manufacture our own hydraulics to ensure the highest standards of performance, quality, and durability—giving you a plow that is fast, responsive, and built to last. This allows plow drivers to change the blade position quickly and easily for efficient plowing. All critical hydraulic components are fully enclosed for protection from the elements.

FLEET FLEX ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The FLEET FLEX Electrical System minimizes intrusion to your vehicle during installation and also provide simple, reliable connections between your vehicle and plow. It's completely universal to all current FISHER snowplows so that plow fleets are able to optimize their operations and use any plow on any vehicle for true fleet interchangeability.

SECURITY GUARD™ ANTI-THEFT SYSTEM
The exclusive SECURITY GUARD anti-theft system is a safe and secure way to electronically lock your snow plow whenever it is detached from your truck.

STORM GUARD™ BAKED-ON POWDER COAT
The industry’s best protection against wear and rust, the STORM GUARD™ baked-on powder coat with epoxy primer is standard on all FISHER® snow plows.

UNIVERSAL PLOW CONTROL OPTIONS
Choose between the ergonomic Fish-Stik® hand-held control or the dash-mounted joystick control. Both feature automatic shutoff, backlit buttons for night operation, and LED lights which indicate "power" and "float" mode. Additional features include programmable "soft-stop", "one-touch" float, build in SECURITY GUARD™ anti-theft system and a plug-in connector for easy removal. Both controls have a plug-in connector for easy removal.

ISOLATION MODULE
An underhood module transfers lights from vehicle to plow automatically and improves system reliability by using plug 'n play, sealed electrical connections that comply with OEM requirements. Isolating the plow's electrical system from the vehicle's prevents the potential of electrical system damage in the event of a shorted circuit.

PRE-PUNCHED BLADES FOR ACCESSORIES
The blade is pre-punched for easy installation of accessories, providing a custom fit. The pre-punched holes also prevent damage to the powder coat that can sometimes occur when installing an accessory.
